Hello everyone.. it is confirmed 74 crocfkord, unit # 3 ( A standalone building) the first ( but not last) location of the arcade museum. Prick landlord taxed me for an extra 1600$ on top of first and last, but it is official, I have the keys, and am good to go. Now I can let the cat out of the bag:

Phase 1 .... collecting games and rare artifacts ( Done )
Phase 2 ...First location, auctions ,  ( 25-35 cents on the dollar to target market) to raise capital for museum)sales, restoration of all games, building of exhibits, establishment of at risk youth training program
Phase 3 ....City ponies up downtown location for world class arcade museum, establishment of worlds largest arcade ( museum) 500 games, non profit establishment
Phase 4 .... resignation of founding directors, turnover of museum to collector community to ensure continuance in perpetuity

All I can say is I am going to need some serious help with this building ( It is a diamond in the rough), and I am very excited, not only for me, but for all of us. A sensation , and experience( A real arcade experience)I have not felt since 1985-1986 is around the corner, and personally to me that is worth all the Tea in China.

Count me in for the weekend of the 12th. I have to deliver stuff at Starburst, then I head for the museum, unless we meet at Starburst first.

But I have to many things to do that weekend

I would help a lot if i was closer, it is also one of my dream.
