Not a GM plant,it is seperate.

GM is a 1/3 partner    NOT part of BIG 3 CONTRACTS.

Really like the new Equinox. Wife, on the other hand is really loyal to Toyota so didnt even try to get her to a GM dealer when she bought a RAV recently.

Made just down the street at Woodstock I think.

If your paint jobs look as good as your playfields then some consumers are going to get a really sharp looking vehicle.

I'm confused, the headline says that it was GM that invested $90 million

Ah, but you must read beyond the headline...."to expand a joint venture plant in Canada where it builds the Chevrolet Equinox and GMC Terrain crossovers."

Does this mean we will have to wait longer for our playfields?

Good to see GM is going to invest in Ontario.  I too work at an auto assembly plant and
we are working 6 days a week some weeks, with mandatory OT every day.  So the auto
industry isn't completely dead in Ontario, but it was unfortunate to see Talbotville close recently.

We had optional Fridays for the first 4 months of the year.  I only worked 32 hours most
weeks, it was a nice change from the norm.
