Item #4 of page 2-32, Part number 03-9859, slide roller.  I need a picture of this part..  If I could get dimensions also that would be even better.  I would need inner and both outer diameters, total thickness, thickness of wide part & narrow part.

The part isn't available so I want to make my own replacements.

Mike

Here's a picture of the parts I mean.  It's the bushings for the up/down target bank.

Mike, you sure you couldn't locate a part that I would have to crawl any deeper into my game and tear it down to get you sizes for? I am sure there must be a part that is more inconvenient than this one if you really try.

It's probably the same on AFM etc.

My calipers are calibrated in inches and I am assuming Williams uses imperial sizes. Will that work?

Bushing is nylon. Here are the sizes.

.435 Inch OD = larger dia.
.295 Inch OD  = smaller dia.
.195 = Inch overall thickness
.125 Inch thickness of the larger dia portion, therefore the smaller dia thickness makes up the remaining .195 at .70 Inch
.190 Inch ID through the entire centre of the part.

Otherwise I will tear my assembly down.

According to the net search I did on this part number, only MB used it...  The other up/down targets from other games aren't built the same way    No wonder Wms went under..

Actually just a picture for now would do..  Don't tear stuff down..  The wear/rub marks will give me the larger outer diameter and the groove in the slide assembly is the smaller outer diameter.

My whole electrical setup is all screwed up because of insanely low voltage at the outlet.  That's why my TZ resets all the damn time when more than 1 machine is turned on.

Have you changed the watchdog chip to this?

http://pdfserv.maxim-ic.com/en/ds/DS1811.pdf

It drops the watchdog reset threshold on the CPU to 4.35 volts before resetting the game.
