Looking to Trade a Demoman for a BK2000 + or - Cash depending on condition.  If it's a Getaway it would have to be + Cash on my end most likely.

BK2000 would have to be pristine to really warrant + cash but I am flexiable so let me know what you have.

I have pinball ADD, it's not that I'm tired of it, I just want something new   That and I have no space so I'm at the point where I can't add anything.

I've wanted a Getway for a long time so if I can find one and someone wants a DM then good for me.

I played BK2000 at the PBHOF and had allot of fun playing it.

Hense why the For Trade rather then For Sale, I know it would be easier to find one for sale and pay cash but since I'm not looking to get rid of DM in a hurry I figure I can just take my time and see if anyone has these games and wants to trade.

And to think everyone laughed at me for being a BK2000 fanatic (and because the 80's rocked man).  ALl the "B" titles I collected are getting "hot" - and at a time when I can ill afford to keep them.  Darn!  No, sorry, unless I need food or to finance one of my kids orthodonture my BK2000 is staying right here.

What me wanting to buy a BK2000 automatically makes the game "hot", I didn't know I had that much affect on the market

I just want it for a while cause I had a blast playing it at PBHOF, the 80's cheese music is awsome and I like the gameplay on it, no way it would ever be a keeper, but would be fun to own for a while.

I had a sweet one for awhile before it got boring making the same two or three shots over and over again.  Never played a DM before but it appears people can't give it away.  Good luck with your search.

I was being tongue in cheek, of course.

"hot
is a very subjective "passing in the night" fad type of assessment.  Seems that when one person looks for a title, everyone else does too, but I have seen the value of pins that were passed over going up lately.  Maybe it's the scarcity of good A titles available?  I find BK2000 entertaining, but then I play it only once in a while and guests love it.  On the otherhand, I can see eventually mastering Fish Tales and perhaps wanting to part with it (and if I didn't need to erase some debt that one would be a keeper too).

Just giving you a hard time

But yea I see both BK2000 and FT the same way, I enjoy playing both games, but there not keepers.  BK2000 would be fun to play for a while then sell.  I like having a variety in my game room for a few reasons, one is for me as I always like having something new comming in as it keeps my interest peaked and the other reason is for the league.  I like to have unique machines that no one else in the league has for everyone to play.  BK2000 fits both of my criteria.

Getaway would be a keeper game for me, I love everything about that game and always have a fun time playing it.  I almost think it would be better to some degree if I didn't find a Getaway cause if I did I'd be scrwed as I'd have nothing left to rotate out

I like Getaway too, there were a few going around a while back when the market was more "liquid".  But you bring up a good point, I wonder why we don't have more of a "trading ring" so we could collectively invest in some machines that "make the rounds" among a group of local colelctors for a diversion?

Start a thread on that... we tried it years ago but I bet it would catch on today.

I would love to see this mysterious "A" list people keep talking about.. and the "B" list as well, for that matter

I'm all for a trading ring, I've suggested it before with other members but it never went anywhere.

My biggest deterant is lack if transportation, I either have to borrow a vechile or rent a trailer to transport a game and getting machines into and out of my basment is a PITA, but I'd be open to the discussion for sure.
