The whole point about taking an airline is *SPEED*. not take turbo prop plane, land on an island and then wait for the ferry to taxi you to T. although it may be a coin toss between traffic from Pearson and the ferry commute.

Are talking from experience or you simply think that? I took Porter to TO and had no problems what so ever. Yes, it is on an island and you have to take a ferry but if you had taken it you would know that the ferry takes a total of 4 minutes to cross to the other side and that it is not a big issue. I took it and have no problems taking Porter. It is an option I gave to someone that needed a way to get to TO. Furthermore, the service is great but I also take other alternatives.
Lastly, the whole point of taking a plane is to get somewhere as was the case.
Dealing with the island is a piece of cake. Pearson. you will lose anything gained from going in a jet over a turbo-prop at the terminal for short hops.
