People of Cambridge won't have to drive as far on the 25th if they are looking to attend an arcade auction.

http://www.auctionsfind.com/auction/6761

Can't see this as being the best date for them to have chosen for a sale like this as it seems to conflict with the other well known sale.

yeah who knows ,that could be a good auction here in town, altho since all it is is arcade stuff, it might really drive up the prices, if it was a ton of stuff with some arcade games, you'd have better luck

i'm going to be @ the SB one if i can get the time off work

Eric

10% Buyer's premium. For all Starburst faults, that is one thing they have never charged.

yeah you are right, i've never noticed that before, but i guess it's because they are running the auction themselves, and own most of the equipment, so they don't need to charge a buyers premium?

The Buyers Premium is usually money that goes directly to the auctioneer. They take a smaller percentage of the sale price from the seller and make the buyer pay some of the commission. The thing that annoys me is that you also pay tax on the buyers premium, so you are actually adding 24.3% to your bid amount. Tough to swallow sometimes.
