I got a nice cabaret for el cheapo 350$

it's upright but mini upright

it needs a touch up of black paint or you can put a black vinyl there to hide the missing paint
it works 100%

Thanks guys...  I may consider the mini- but not the sit-down table version.  I have just found room for one more machine, and it's got to be an Asteroids (hopefully delux).  I prefer to get a full size just because I do have the room.

Anyone play one of these (Arcade Legends)?  is it a good machine?

Did you buy the asteroids in Hamilton for 450? I have played arcade legends, it is ok, but the controls for some of the games are hard to get used to

Is this the one in Barrie ??  

I like the interface, very easy to navigate, and you get a good variety of games.  But GJD is right that the control panel is limited so the games dont always feel like the original.  Im iffy on the system myslef -- leaning more to a mame for the money

Why didn't you buy it, and what is your sense of how much he would take for it?

I bought a MINT conditon (stickers not even taken off) Ultimate Arcade 2 (by Chicago Gaming Company)... Just got it home now.

the lady with the Asteriods for $450 didn't seam to know much about the hobby, so I think if you were to go get it right away with cash, you could probably get it for between $300-400.

I never went to look at it, as I had (in the meantime of her getting back to me), found and was on-route to get the Ultimate Arcade2......

The lady seamed very nice however.
