I'm about to buy some cabinet stencils from Pinball Pal and was wondering if anyone is interested in buying one or two stencils along with me so that we can get the "5 or more" stencil discount ? Five stencils bring the unit cost down to $100 each plus taxes and shipping of about $15 each stencil. I am having them shipped to my U.S. address then I will pick them up and bring them back. Not to change anyones plans, but I have done nice stencils in the past using an exacto, stenciling film and a tacky spray from Michael's. Couldnt this be done on a pinball if you have the pattern to trace and cut? The film was clear and you could trace with a sharpie.

I've done a bit of this sort of thing when stencils weren't available, but I found it wickedly tedious....and this is coming from a guy who will spend hours touching up teeny tiny portions of a playfield. You're right, the results can be just as good if done right, but for some reason I just hate it. I figure it's one of the refurb indulgences I'm willing to allow myself. |

I average at 6 hours for stencil fabrication. I have taken up to 20 hours fro a Xenon set before they became available. |
