Well I would like to take this opportunity to welcome Micheal Hanley to MAACA. I don't know if many of you noticed today but Mike put up his first post today looking for some Alvin G parts.
While some of you may wonder who exactly is Micheal Hanley? I think over time you come to understand his relevance to this hobby if you don't know already.
I will post the following series of pictures from Mike and Christine's Church of the Silver Ball taken today at the TOPL finals. It is a late and I was hoping to get these images in earlier but Imageshack was less than cooperative with dealing with almost 100 photos. Trust me I didn't capture it all.
In time I am sure there will be many comments that can be added to these shots.
I will leave you tonight to go over the images and for those of you that own a CV, a neat little tidbit of pinball history to ponder. Observe the results of flipper sequence. Both, 7 X Left, 11 x Right, Both. I think you all will be pleasantly surprised.

Considering John Popadiuk is most likely my favourite designer of games, it is a real pleasure to listen to Mike talk about his history with John and pinball. Mike pointed out many features they had worked on when they made their homebrew Alice in Wonderland pin. Many of the concepts that were in those humble beginnings are incorporated into TOM, CV and WCS. To see the nexus of these games to that particular machine was just amazing.
Unfortunately I neglected to take pictures of that game because there was stuff on top.
Like I was saying there is a lot here to comment on. I don't know if anyone caught this one but look at these two pf's. The first is an Apollo 13 production pf. The whitewood looks to be an Apollo 13 (look at the writing) and it is totally different!
