I found a fellow in Florida selling the STNNG neutral Zone protector but i am backing out as the Shipping is  24 bones through paypal.

Can anyone recommend a site that ships via USPS and is fair?

Try Mad Amusements as well. Don't let the high up front shipping cost scare you...he collects up the $35 upfront and refunds the difference between the $35 and the actual shipping cost same day. I've used Mad twice with great service both times.

I've dealt with cliff directly, way better than 3rd party vendors. If it's a small part he'll send it free shipping.

Little Shop of Games does the same thing. All you have to do is mention it to Curley and he fixes you up with a refund once he gets his shipping total.

I have found so called Cliffy protectors that I have needed that Cliffy doesn't have. I suspect they are someone else making a hole protector that is being stocked by distributors. I am thinking there is Mantis, Cliffy and likely a few others with one or two designs circulating around.

I just received my STTNG Cliffy protector today.
Shipping was only two 75 cent postage stamps. Awesome!
Package was opened then stapled and taped backup.. probally customs.

Anyhow i am impressed!
