well, its early am and we just got back.  from where?  well we rented a trailer for our truck and head off this morning at 1:30 to go down to london.  all was fine at first and then after a bit the truck the gage went from cool to the far end of the red.  then the oil light comes on as well.  so i pull over and oil and coolent is fine.  rest for a bit and headed out.  started happening again.  so cranked the heater on and took next exit.   headed back home.  no way am i going to travel down there and load the truck up.  then come back during the heat..  what  a pain.  truck just came back from having $5k in repairs (now all know why i have slowed down).   will have to work something else out.  i have a couple plans.   truck will go in and see whats up.  hope nothing big.  till then we can do pick up of maybe one or two machines at the most.  what a waste.  had to rent the trailer on saturday due to the company not being open sundays.  so we had to pay for saturday and monday (got sunday free).   then the gas and we have to run our truck on supreme ($1.13).  all that and i got mess.   well i am up waiting till i can phone the seller i was going to meet and also another member who i was going to give some of the stuff to for free(they were going to help us pack).  again, hope this is only a short delay.

Man that seriously blows. Hopefully it's nothing serious.

i hope as well.  was about to phone you.  yep i am still up.  only got a hour sleep...

just talk to steve and i will arrange another trip.    all excited about getting my machines.  but will have to wait...

well a new rad and all is fine.  truck is costing a bit.  not trucks fault when wife likes to run into the shop with it.  but rad part was just wear and tear.  nothing that big.  but man what a waste.  trailer rental, gas (going nowhere and back) and then repairs.  have to still head back soon....

Well not to sound like a private.
But the good thing is that it happened before and not when you got there.
Because that would have been worse.

darn right.  we turn on the heater to get the engine to cool enough to travel.  but to do that for the return trip with all the machines and the 1200lb trailer.  we would have roasted ourselfs and the truck.  but all should be strong and great for a couple years.
