Hi all,

I want to acquire a new pin, and I was thinking of a RBION...for now!

Since I've been "distant" and not very involved in the hobby these past few months (price wise), considering the market, how much should I expect to pay for one?

Thanks for your help!!!

I had a HUO RBION and sold it last year for $2800 and that was a tough sell. There have been a few routed RBION's at the Starburst auctions lately and they have sold in the $1600 range, plus tax. I think there was only 2200 made.

Good game, I liked it. Space was the main reason I sold it. It is Lawlor game and had a TZ feel to it. It a hard game to complete. I would recomend it at the right price.

It has been scientifically proven that light is faster than sound. That is why some people seem brilliant........until they open their mouth!

I just bought the one at the last SB auction, i think it was around $1800-1900 with taxes, something like that i can't remember

Anyways, i think it's an awesome game, everyone who's been over and tried it really enjoys it, the voice is really cool, the cabinet is nice and bright and gets your attention
and people like the voice of the IDOL and the rasta type guy who's the shrunken head,

The magnets are pretty cool, and some of the ramps are very interesting, it's fun and fast, definatly under-rated in my opinion

Eric

Thanks Eric.

I really do like the magnet and the fact that a beginner can play the pin as well as a more adavanced player.

I like RBION.

Sleeper hit, I plan to get one eventually.  Funny thing I really like the skill shot, one thing Stern has done well is to bring back the skill in skill shots, the RBION is a really tough skill shot and well worth the effort.

I find it has a very interesting and veried layout, I find the shurnken head gets on my nerves after a bit, but I still laugh every time he is counting down as says "Tree!"

another tough game to get to the Wizard mode, I've been to one of the mini wizard modes in starting every mode at the Veri-Target but not from spelling Ripleys.

Go for it, quite a bit of game in a cheap package.

Point well taken... Since I'm finishing my Master's in Spring, I want to invest and at the same time, treat myself with a TZ, TAF or even a Lord...In the mean time, I was thinking of getting a RBION....

If you get bored of it, you could probably resell it to me. I used to play the one in Uncle Buck's, but it's gone now and I miss it.
