I went to order a $18 assembly for my TOM and they wanted $26 to ship. I emailed them Sunday and they never returned my email yet.

I had an order for about $120.00 worth of small bits a while back. Following day I called to add a soldering station to the order and Mark (who I think is the boss) initially was going to charge more shipping even though it all went out together. Then he realized that is unreasonable and didn't.

I guess like any business they want to keep their client for repeats.

They do have a good selection. One of about 3 or 4 suppliers that I always check if I need something.

I ordered today a couple wire replacement gates and a U Fix bracket to finish my SS shop job and they stated that the parts fit in an envelope, he will charge only $10. Unfortunatly it will not and he has to put it in a small box, so he reduced the charge from $26 to $20. Still expensive for $17 worth of parts.

Pretty much the same reply I received today  

They're still my absolute last choice - last fall I tried in vain to get a $40 shipping estimate on $100 worth of small parts lowered, and after a week they graciously said they'd lower it to $35.  I declined.
