Hi everyone..

Im in process of buying a wagon car and figured it would be best if I could fit a pinball in it...

so I just measured my Bally TS and CFTBL..

but I would like to know if Williams..data east..sega ... stern.. etc...

if anyone could tell me the size of their machines or a link where I can find the info

I need the size maximum WxLxH  while the head is folded and legs off..

What kind of vehicle are you considering? The smallest I have moved a pin in is a Matrix. With the head folded down, needed to let it stick out the hatch a bit and tie it.
Now my wife switched to a RAV4, so anything fits.

Ten SS games...but 8 is my limit!

Don't know the envelope dimensions of folded cabinets off the top of my head, but the following may be useful anyway:

-A WPC widebody is the largest cabinet most people need to move. The head is wider than the main cabinet, so the fact that it's widebody is not usually limiting.
-Other companies (Bally, Atari, also made widebodies. Don't know how their size compares to WPC.
-Admittedly, Hercules is the biggest cabinet ever.
-Two cabinets (there may be others) which don't fit the "standard" size with the head down are Banzai Run and Safecracker.
-Pinball2000 heads do not fold down, but are easily removed.
-The minimum dimension on a Stern pinball box is more than 31 inches

I drive a 2007 Honda Fit. The hatch opening is 31inches high IIRC. A WPC widebody or Pinball2000 will fit in the back with the hatch closed. Banzai Run and new games in the box will not fit (must be removed from the box).

What about a house purchase? Pinball will definitely be a factor next time I buy a house.

Thanks for all the info....

Now since a pinball seems to fit just too tight in wagon car
I'm more considering to buy a real cheap used minivan as second car
or perhaps a simple trailer would also be considered...

And yes I guess I'm addicted....

Anyone knows a good re-hab center??

I'd totally trade the wife's Civic for a pickup truck... if I were allowed to.

Haha I'm not saying there is anything wrong with it... hell probably anyone that frequents these forums could label themselves addicted.

Watch, I'll be purchasing a truck shortly cause I couldn't find anyone to pick up that last pin and lost out on it! haha
