Thats what I figured. I couldn't see SB catering to the collectors by assembling their own kits.
Oh wow, those prices aren't half bad.. I was assuming they'd be over a buck a piece. I'll definitely have to check it out.. this must be fairly recent, they definitely didn't have them for sale when I was there a about a week ago.

FYI - The Montréal Starburst/Playdium Store branch office has had sample LEDs from Cointaker in for a couple of weeks now, same price as the Toronto head office, but so far I only have the warm white 170 degree 555 lamp base and 44 lamp base models in stock, whatever Toonto has in stock I can get in Montréal given fair warning.
Totally tricked out my T2 and it nearly gave me a stroke! WOW
