This is a great game and the theme is over the top. You need to put the home roms in to really get the most out of CV. Probably the second most favorite game that I have ever owned.

It already has the home roms

Sorry to see it go. It was in awesome condition, but I needed the cash for TSPP. Loving my new game and glad the new owner is enjoying his.

Wow... interesting decision .... TSPP over CV.

Of course, I'd do the same thing myself,
...still, a tough choice for sure !

I wonder how many other people would have done that...

Choice has been made over a game that he owned for quite some time (and got time to get a bit bored of) and a new game he wanted to own.

I totally agree with that way of seeing things, if you want 2 games equally and had been playing one of them every week for the last 3 years, it is time for a change.

Congrats to you both on your new games, 2 games i would like to own eventually myself.

Currently owning:
- Solar Fire, Medusa, Flash Gordon, (Centaur), No Fear

There are many ways of looking at this, but TSPP can easily be found, CV is a hard find, so I would have never done that trade. But if the game is not being played, I guess it does not matter. Glad to hear everyone is happy.

I thought the same thing.  But then again, I know many people who have said that TSPP is a much deeper player game than CV.

That was my thinking too...

An HUO-like CV is much harder to find than an HUO TSPP.

Then again, it looks like after the "wow-factor", people seem to get bored with CV,
whereas I can pretty much guarantee no-one will even beat , let alone get bored , of a TSPP.

If someone offered me an HUO CV for my HUO TSPP, I'm not sure I'd make that deal.
...anyone wanna try ?

Steph

I would trade a new in box TSPP any time for a HUO CV

on my side i think tspp is a great game but when you know you dont have any chance to beat it  kind of get boring for me(like playing hockey with no goal)
so Not my favorite
Reverse Flipper mode is quite interesting mode ( It would be the only reason for me to get that game again)

Games I am looking for
Spiderman red
TDK
TSPP
WCS
Tales of the Arabians Nights
MM
POTC
IM
Scared Stiff

For sale or trade

I was bored of CV. Plain and simple. I didn't trade CV even for a HUO TSPP. I sold CV, bought TSPP, and put about $1,200 in my pocket. So would I give up a nice (not HUO) CV that I no longer play to get a game I really enjoy? You bet!

I am a collector and a player. If a game no longer interests me, I sell it. I enjoy CV and will enjoy it when I get to play it at Dave's, but I don't enjoy it enough to tie up the $$$.

I could have sold a couple of B games and I thought of that, but I really wasn't playing CV. That definitely influenced my decision.
