I know lots of you have probably creamed this score but I have barely had this game a few weeks. Just upgraded to Ver. 5 software yesterday. Settings are on factory default with a 5 second ball save from the plunger shot. First time experiencing Mystery Spot. Insane!

I am now up to 68,799,XXX
All factory default settings
Got the Mystery Spot but not the couch locks (at all) or Alien Invasion.
Overall an exciting game.
The one time I achieved the Alien Invasion the machine malfunctioned for the very first (and only) time and the mini playfield VUK switch decided to not work and the ball searches eventually kicked out the second phase of locked balls. Basically 1/2 way to the Holy Grail of TSPP! AAAAAAAHHHH! (see previous high score)

Holy crap Warren! how many new pins do you have? didn't you get a TZ in the last 3-4 months and something else I can't remember right now? I am gooing to need your wife to convince my wife that more pins is better!
Currently have: Twilight Zone
Hoping to Add: Addams Family Indiana Jones Cocktail (48 or 60 in one)

My best score to date is about 93 million but Sean from Topl crushed it with 200+ million last Monday. Then again, he is the Canadian champion!
I am now calming down with my pinball purchases. And my wife enjoys pinball as well, though not quite to the same extent. The trick for me is that I have steadily upgraded to the point where the only thing I can do is throw in more cash to upgrade to MM, CV, CC, MB, AFM etc, or just buy NIB Sterns.
I like the titles I have now except FF needs to go but if it does I am afraid the wife will not allow something alse to take its former spot due to it encroaching on walkway space. Perhaps future changes will involve trades so I dont have to forfeit a spot after receiving the cash.

When you take something out, can't you just move each machine a couple inches further apart to fill in the empty space? Either that, or buy a junker somewhere and keep in in the cold room as a placeholder for when just such a situation comes up. Never an empty space that way.

If you remember where I had FF, it is just to the left of the treadmill. My wife doesnt like the fact that my son's toys end up under that machine and she wants that spot clear. On the other hand if I tell her I could only find someone willing to trade then she cant block me from another purchase to fill that spot. She is too smart for me to start flipping stuff around. She knows every title I have and where thery are, etc.
So I managed to beat my previous high score (40,000,000) by quite a bit this weekend with something like 122,000,000, and the first time I hit both mystery spot and alien invasion. I think I managed to hit level 4 on Invasion, but I eventually dropped back down and ran out of time-can you still reset the timer with shots to Otto during invasion? I should look that up... I think what I'd messed up before was trying to start Mystery Spot while something else was running-it looks like the timer can't be running anything else.
Either way, I've only had the game running for a couple of weeks now, but I've already got around 250 games on it. The previous owner got to 500 in four years

Hey Chris, thats a great score. My best is somewhere around 126,000,000. Mind you I dont play TSPP that much.
Methinks the reason Sean killed the high score on TSPP when I last did TOPL ius all about his knowledge of the rules. His game didnt really last longer than any of my best games.
TSPP is a game you really need to study to master IMHO.

When I first got LOTR it was like that 5-10 games a night ... still play it a few times a week but more so in the winter than summer
Centigrade 37 ... LOTR in da House ... a Barracora ....... Spidey ... RFM
There's definitely something to knowing what the rules are. I read the summary on the web last week, and knowing how the clock in the game works, as well as how to start all the modes is a big help. I'm not hear good enough to purposely stack things yet, but I have managed to get couch/I&S multiball running at the same time. It also looks like the Daredevil modes are worth a bunch of points if you do them right.
Pinball is great because a single game is pretty quick, but it has the tetris problem of "just one more game", which makes it last much longer.
Wait until you get the stacking down, things really heat up. Also you can sure get a lot of points on Treehouse of horror or just keeping Itchy and Scratchy going for a good period. At any rate, I jacked up the difficulty to make sure the game keeps my interest. I would have to go into all the settings to remember exactly what I did. With all that said I had one amazing game scoring 111,000,000. To put into reference my next best on the setting I have is 65,000,000.
Enjoy the game, it has so many hidden things that I still think I will hear something new.
Current Lineup: Black Knight, Riverboat Gambler, Ripley's Believe it or Not, Flintstones, Orbitor 1, Wipe Out, Breakshot, The Simpsons Pinball Party, Fish Tales, Eight Ball and a 60 in 1 Cocktail.
