As some of you must know at the moment , since some PM infos filtered true the forum and chat , i had the first shot at the Kiss for sale up in Sorel . I was there this morning and didn ' t go for it . Here ' s a list of what was wrong , to my liking about it ;

- No power coming true it what so ever

- No plugs on the power unit , wires all welded straight onto the pins

- Some 10 wires cut off and taped up with electrical tape , even some without tape , just naked ,hanging around the transformer

- Backglass had been taped from bottom to top with 10 to 12 mylar stripes of 2 inches wide

- Playfield has a hand made mylar that is so so

- The cabinet looks OK on the pics , but has a good amount of scratches

- The door is in bad shape

- No keys

- Quite a bit of rust , under the lock bar , legs , must ' ve been sitting in a humid place at one point

François , the owner , is a really nice guy . He said he didn ' t pick me for the offered amount . He got multitude of emails from all over  and could sell it for a couple hundred $$$ more than my offer . I was the first one , so he said , to contact him and he liked my approach .

I didn ' t attempt to bargain since he could pass to the next interested party and i already have the centaur that needs to be taken care of ...

This pin will be a good project for who ever will get it . Have fun and enjoy ...

Too bad the BG was all taped up lots of small issues but far from "collector condition"  and its high value
is this the game that was going for over 1K?? or was it a few hundred bucks??

He had an offer at $1,100 , so he said , but gave me a shot at it for $950 . Since i was there already , he ' d let me have it for $900 . He is a nice guy and i know for a fact that he had emails all the way from TO . I love pins but i ' m not good at fixing them . To much $$$ to invest in it ...
