Or rather, added on afterwards by another collector.
(i.e.  It's obviously not factory-produced.  Not even a prototype either )

Maybe it was added to cover-up some wear spots...

Not a bad paint-job, but the colors don't fit in with the other hues on the PF...

No it's not you. I thought the same thing when I first looked at it. Not that that's a bad thing....

I don't know if it's the camera or the pf, but the colors on the one on IPDB look like green snot. The game looks attractive with the blue hue (not the mermaids though). If someone fixes one of these up better than the one on IPDB they should send them new pics. The ones they have do the game no justice.
