well erin has been on bed rest for a couple weeks due to stress (not me). so i have been working my butt off and driving by myself back and forth to trenton and peterborough. well today was another visit to the hospital for more test (every 2-3 days we did this). well today they didn't let her go home and she will be induced in the morning. so i will have a baby girl by night time (we hope). erin is doing better now and had a nap today. i was in trenton and back again. feed the cats and hand over the keys to my sister inlaw. so now i will be home for the next couple days. going to be real busy. going to miss some post. if any good deals come up, take them so i don't. need to keep the cash in hand for a bit. our daughter wasn't to come till around the 21st. but she did gain some weight and is about 5lbs now. thats a big jump from a couple weeks ago. you all have a great weekend and hope to post more later gre-gory & erin & soon 2b eve
Congrats on the baby Gory, and hopefully everything will go well and Mom and new child will be home soon. Life will definitely be different. Enjoy the experience...it really goes by fast!!!
It has been scientifically proven that light is faster than sound. That is why some people seem brilliant........until they open their mouth!
all is fine. erin has now went to sleep. so in the morning all i will nutty. she is doing great. her blood presure went up alot when i came around. horny girl. but after awhile she was below what she was when she first went there this morning. thanks all and yep, i will post some pics. i am using my film camera. i suck at digals. but my dad inlaw has a great digal that he is going to bring. hope all you like close ups of the cord and afterbirth. sorry, can't help being myself. my poor daughter will find that out later (in her preteens). again thanks all. i need to do some work then get some sleep.
I hope all goes well and look forward to the pics. Having kids is the best. BUT do take it easy and forget about the deals for the next year unless they are local. The first year is pretty challenging for both parents. After that you're it's golden and gets easier
All the best to you, Erin and the little one. As a parent I can tell you that baby girls are the best! They are so sweet and totally amazing until they become teenagers.
well i went to the hospital last night and stayed with erin intil she was given sleeping pills. then home for a bit. then to a friend birthday party for 30min. back home and asleep. got up around 7ish. got ready. went to hospital after picking erin up a bunch of stuff. was there around 8ish and erin didn't expect she said till around 9-10 after they full induce her. well around 9ish they did that. then checked her around 10 and she was at 4 cm. then moved her to a birthing room. checked her again 20min later and she was at 8cm. that when she finally said she wants drugs. well too late. baby on the way and drugs would take longer to set in. she was a trooper and baby was born at 10:50. doctor call our little girl "the fast and the furious". she came out screaming. she is only 18inchs long and 4lbs 11oz. she is small, but very healthy. she will have to stay in the hospital for longer due her size. erin is on iv for all day and will stay in hospital for awhile as well. her heart rate is down alittle. but could be down alot more. she is fine and is asleep again. i will be going back up soon. just came home to rest and such. thanks all for your thoughts and focusing on us. it really helped. we will get you all back in our own crazy way! gre-gory erin & the now born eve
The addition of a new little one in a family is the most beautiful gift life can offer. Enjoy (and get some sleep when you can!). The first month or two are not easy - but it gets better.
In due time, perhaps she will be able to fix machines too
Cheers, - Sylvain

Life is like Pinball!! You never know where you will bounce or where your going but sometimes you have that one amazing shot But on the other hand you have those darn gutter ball where you just get frustrated.

Our son was really bad 1st 6 weeks with awaking every 2-3 hours and now sleeps 12 hours straight at night
Don't scare the poor man telling him a year in case it isn't...the fear of things not going back to normal down south and the sight of a "Franken-puss" is enough on the poor man

I don't have a small penis, she has a HUGE girl private- Larry David
things are great kind of. baby sugar levels are up and down. so they might hook her up to level all out. erin's blood presure is still too high. so just a liquid diet at the moment. she was close to being toxic (forgot the real wording). so glad that was done today instead of waiting. hospital is grand and very clean. i usally hate hospitals and only once in the past 20yrs been in one. went to see my mom when she was near death, but she still very alive and kicking. winning lots of bingo games even though she is now considered completly blind. erin is doing breast machine filling up bottles to help the baby. but all in all things are great. thanks again all. yes, we have a great baby seat for the long trips being instaled monday.
here is a couple pics. i took mostly film pics. grandpa gave me his digal but it was full. i did get three shots. but one was erin breastfeeding. you don't need to see that. yet! hahaha.
these are very early pictures of everything. erin might kill me due to the one of her....
well then. happy birthday to my little Eve... may she not end up with someone like necro_nemesis. i know she will have higher standards then that.... besides that. i think i will raise her up on STERN and only STERN pinball. just kidding. she will play all machines. but not date anything like necro.....haha
are you saying that because she is crying in the picture. i am telling erin and she will kick your butt. well if she can push a baby out of her, she can do anything. man she was one strong lady today. she kept saying it was me who was so strong. i didn't do anything. made jokes and rubbed her alot. then watched all very closely. even when they had to cut her due to the heart rate lowering. then sew her up. doc and i shot the mess alot. even ended up walking around later talking about machines.

lol Dam I almost forgot about that. Those are bad on the sticky level but not so bad i find. But pretty discusting when you see it. The best is when they start eating real food then you get to know up close and personal how you smell so bad and you tell your wife hell no it like roses and now you knwo man i had the same as the kid do i really stinck that much when i go But I have to say the best diapers to change are the milk ones almost 0 smell easy to clean and nothing compared to real food.
Hey Dad, get the hell away from the pc and go change some nice "tar" filed diapers
Congratulations goes to Mommy (you know... who did all the work !)

your telling me nothing new. i grew up in a family of 10. i am not the youngest at all. youngest below me is almost 18yrs. we all had a hand at raising each other. i remeber all that and more. chicken pox's, distance vomit and worse. sister had a first allerge (i suck at spelling) reaction and only us age 9, 10 and 11 were home at the time. i was the 11yr old. all went fine and i almost drove for the first time in my life if that almbulance was any longer. but erins first. but she has dealt with a handcapped brother most of his life. reason she is so strong of a lady. she is ready for most things. besides that. we are now living with my inlaws. erin wanted them around and they wanted us here. really big house. yes i am setting up arcade here too. but besides that. there is room for all our cats to be happy. then a nursery room for mom and baby to live happy together when home for the first bit. then eve has here own room that is conected to our room. inlaws are down the hall and kind of looking forward to changing baby size diapers again. but thanks for all the info. you can all go stick your
doc and i shot the mess alot. even ended up walking around later talking about machines.
This is why you are so cool Gory, I totally get that!! hehehe I went to a Doc for my Elbow I hurt once moving and playing Pinball, The first question she asked was How many machines do you have!! hehehe I love it!! Hmmm, Must go sell her one!!
Congratulations Gory and Erin, We wish you all the best and hope Erin recovers fast and well, and that Eve (I love that name for your first girl! Very Classy!) gets well and Bigger soon!! Bring her home and teach her to drive!!

well more updates: erin is doing good. presure is still up. but she will have most things taken off her. so soon she will be able to walk around. eve's glucos (darn my spellign) levels are still up and down. good chance she will be in hospital till end of this week. but she is strong and eatting. i did get to feed her last night. well i am hoping to get a nap in and then go up and play a board game or cards with erin. update you all later and thanks for all the kind words. wish erin had a computer there so she could read all.
Congratulations. It gets progressively better as time goes on. Our boy is one month old now. I never expected to be so happy to see him when I get home from work or from being out somewhere. I'm sure things will be the same for you. My advice is, once you get home from the hospital, take a week to settle in and get used to a routine, before the grand people get invited over. My parrental units arrived within two days of getting home, and in hindsight it was too soon.
Best wishes to you and your new family. You're going to wonder how you found time to rebuild pins and vids before you had a child.
