There has been a rash of pinballs found in ditches around London.
Poolman found a Surf Champ, a buddy of Speedy Mikes found a JD.

I found a laser war on the way home from a Easter dinner in Goderich....

Keep your eyes peeled for spring dumpers.

Best Regards
Tom

Cool - Are you going to attempt to restore it - or just give it a decent burial?

Yes... I found a complete Hollywood Heat right in the middle of a crop circle with mutilated cow parts scattered inside.

Weird.  If the LW speaker surround plastic or ramp was in decent condition, I could use them....

Sorry Web, the speaker surround was smashed..just the digital stereo sign remained
intact. There wasn't a playfield, so no ramp.
Fun find none the less....displays are spoken for, so hopefully they will help someone out.
And I have a knocker asm for my WOF

Good thing you had a Mini to carry it in.  That must have looked like 20 pounds of potatoes in a 10 pound bag.

Well the playfield, coin door and boards that were dropped off at the shop here on Saturday were NOT Judge Dread as I was told but LASER WAR. So it looks like we can fully restore this machine. The ramp on the playfield is smashed to hell to though.....

I do have a spare ramp, I think, though it is cracked.

What a massacre ! By what ' s left of it , it seemed to be a decent pin . I got back into pins 10 years ago with the star trek first generation that i found in the garbage . The people were decent enough to just drag it outside , complete , without smashing it up to pieces ...

I've always been amazed at what people toss out! Especially when I moved to montreal from Calgary. The infamous July 1st mass move day here is a sight to be seen. If I didn't have a picky wife, I would have remodeled my house with other peoples garbage. TVs, furniture, skis, car parts, computers, lamps, misc tires, kids (I really do mean kids), appliances, rugs, paintings, misc electronic parts. Haven't found any pins or cabinets yet though

On our way to the Zoo we stopped by the surf champ's final resting place....

Just the head and smashed PF glass are left...not worth taking home

If anyone needs the parts, they are right across the road from the vaganus tree, ya can't miss it
