Is there someone who have a Capcom Bowling PCB that could help me identify what is the audio power amp used on this PCB at location U38 ?

I believe the part# you're looking for is MB3730.  This was used on many different game PCB's.  Below is a small list....

Sound amp for the following games.... Galaga, Super Pac-Man, Rally-X, Tron, Satan's Hollow, Wacko, Kickman, Solar Fox, Dominio Man, Journey, Tapper, Timber, Capcom Bowling, Pole Position I and II
