Thought some might find this interesting (if not a little creepy) : http://www.juliensauctions.com/auctions/2009/michael-jackson/

A Zoltan might be a nice score.

Yah, I saw that...

Interesting collection of games
(...but many of the "Classics" are notably missing... )

I'd be sure to clean all the joysticks THOROUGHLY
buying any game from a guy with his reputation
( "... just beat it, beat it,  oh yah ! " ... )

Impressive, but what else would you expect I guess.

What the heck is that big Sega ride thing?

Are you referring to the big spinning suspension ball?  They had one at Ontario Place I think.  You get inside and you can spin yourself around like a gyroscope.  The plexiglass ball is to contain the spew.

Sega R-360, Keinart resto'd 1 in a Gameroom mag a few mos ago.

Funny thing about them is they were open-air so if u did hurl on a spin....

Also, they were so big that alot of places had them installed during construction so when they were passe they couldn't get 'em out & most were destroyed.

The 1 Keinart resto'd was taken out of a Vegas casino - same thing there - they lowered it in w/ a crane into place before putting the roof on. They were lucky to partial disassemble to get it out.

BIG bucks for 1 of those babies especially in mint condition... prob the most interesting thing up for auction IMO!

Ah, thanks for the info. Found his site which seems to have everything you ever wanted to know about an R-360.

What was the Boss? 69 obviously. 429 or 302? I am thinking 302 from the hood since a 429 had a scoop big enough to injest birds.

Uh, ok, sorry I wasn't paying enough attention to the pic in the auction, that makes more sense why it's SEGA now.  I see the restorer has another one for sale...

Make sure you have the proper 3-phase voltage supply for it !
(Hydro sub-station), in addition to the space...

Cheers,
- Sylvain.

Looks like he has it in a wood working shop which might explain how he has access to 3-phase power.
