I have purchased 4 machines in the USA and I went to pick them up personally and I would reccomend the same so there are no surprises when you receive your pin. Otherwise, you are looking at money for shipping, brokerage for customs clearance and Taxes on import. Maybe other the guys on the board can tell you some helpful hints as I have never done it.
