Fake translite but what about the cab?  I am not blaming you for not arguing with customs as you did not want to lose your vehicle too.  When I bought my black knight from Michigan.  I got an extra shyt pf with mine.  I put that on top and told the lady I got it all for a couple hundred and had a bill for that (the guy I bought it from could care less that it was for the wrong amount).  WHen I told her that she laughed and told me I got ripped off.  I was taken a bit a back by that statement and said what do you mean.  She said she had just bought one for $100.  I said a BK?  SHe said no just a pinball machine.  I asked her, her source and she said her friend had just bought out a company.  I asked if any were left and she said no. It was amusing anyways.

Not that it helps you "guys" but after a few crossings with pinballs, the key is being a Mom with a young son and a minivan........2 pinballs in van, $125 claimed - waved thru, R&B $475 claimed - paid $23 taxes and MM claimed $1000 - $150 taxes and a couple more trips with machines - waved thru. I always have a hand written receipt on me either from seller or me but have only been asked once for the receipt with the R&B mostly because I was 4th in the customs line of Allentown returning Canadians!

Never paid for playfields or parts in the van even tho I mention them and in plain sight.....maybe a good reason to take the wife and kids on a road trip for the male members of MAACA

My experience

Now the only question is how much to declare a Nascar for this year

Same with me last year. When I stopped at the border, the agen asked me what I had in back. I didn't even hesitate to walk out of the truck, pull the blanket off the playfields and parts I had and told him it was worth 350$ in all. He just waved me through. He probably thought the most valuable items were the 2 complete playfields I had... they only cost me 45$ each though. The new drop targets I bought were worth more, but he probably saw them as mere cheap plastic parts...

Retiring soon...
