I get the 'cool' factor and then they ask me how much I payed for them.  Then the interest is lost.

Most people think that a 70's pinball for example is from the 50's. It never ceases to throw me off how people's perspectives get twisted and altered by their perception of the passage of time. The longer we stay alive, the more prone to possible misinterpretations we seem to become. Information is also subject to the hermunetical porblems that have plagued us for centuries and caused all sorts of disagreements between peoples and cultures, so I guess it makes sense. That old space & time issue, when shall we overcome it.

Oh well, what you gonna do ?
