I just ordered a JPAC & Acade VGA card from Ultimarc. Thinking the items were shipped from the US & since my sister in law from Conneticut is visiting over christmas, I had it sent to her place to avoid Canada customs BS.

After my order I remembered that Ultimarc is based in Europe somewhere.

Question is... for those who have ordered from them, do you typically get hit with customs & broker fees when ordering from Canada? Cause I might contact them Monday & have it shipped to MTL if it's gonna get hit with broker fees going into the US anyways.

Thanks

Don't be surprised if your order has already shipped before your new msg is received.

Andy from ultimarc is notorious for fast shipping. I usually get my orders 3-5 days after placing them.

Brad

PS. I can't find anyway to pay DHL fees online. As I usually have packages dropped at my door, this makes it a PITA to settle up

Why don't you just send them a check? Is what I did. You cut part of the invoice off and including it with your check and mail it off. Whats so hard about that? Yes it would be nice to pay it online, but not everyone has their payment system online yet.

Well... It's like this. There's two reasons I would rather pay online.

First I burnt out all my short term memory back in the 80s
Second I never know when a check will come out so they often bounce

hmmm. I forget what the other reason was.

anyway, where did I put those DHL invoices from 3 years ago?
