Congrats, I am sure you will enjoy this game.

I can see it being part of the Stern Top 3 (along with TSPP and LOTR).

Not quite sure what you meant "Got it before the plastic apron and rods instead of sliders" ???

Stern has removed the sliders within the cab and replaced them with two rods that allow the playfield to be "elevated" at least this is the case with the new BDK's (not the scaled down BDK's but the full version .. as well I think IM is like this.) The plastic apron is now the standard on new machines.

Centigrade 37 ... LOTR in da House ... a Barracora  ....... Spidey ... RFM

I read a post on RGP of someone getting a new run of BDK and it had the plastic apron and single rods instead of sliders to prop up the playfield.  I think it also didn't have the button protectors.  I wanted to get a (New) older version with all these before Stern phased then out in thier cuts for the next run.

I moved some shelves up in another corner and moved the HyperBall there.  I guess I have moved up one more rung in the sickness scale. Thus sitting up at night thinking how can I squeeze one more machine in my space .
