PC games are getting amazing again. But it takes a lot of money for a gamer (even custom built) PC.
I have tried once again to play games on Xbox360 & PS3 and FOR ME, nothing can beat the precise/fast control of a regular PC keyboard and a sensitive Logitech MX500+ type of mouse with a Windows based PC.
Also to be amazing and coming up soon for PC (DX10 Vista support): Ubisoft's Assasin's Creed & Crytek's Crysis games. And sometime in 2008: Half-Life2 Episode 2 and Star Wars The Force Unleashed. Enjoy the gaming (whatever titles/platforms you like).
Vids: Crystal Castles, Gauntlet/Gauntlet II, Donkey Kong Jr., Ms. Pac-Man, Vs. Super Mario Bros. (other Vids in storage - for now) Pins:White Water [WH2O]
not a bad idea sure come shoot an admin or fellow maaca member in a death match of sorts. could releave some tension.
Life is like Pinball!! You never know where you will bounce or where your going but sometimes you have that one amazing shot But on the other hand you have those darn gutter ball where you just get frustrated.
I also finished it recently. Great game. A lot of fun to play in the dark on the projector. Probably the most fun I have had since Gears of War. I'm waiting on halo 3 now to arrive in the mail any day now. After that I guess COD4.

Ah, your just showing your age. It takes an new skill set to have that kind of accuracy with a console controller. When you have no auto aim and take a game like Gears of War you can refine your skills to no scope head shots with the accuracy of a mouse. There is a learning curve to get that level of refinement burned into your subconscious mind so it just becomes a natural reflex. Once you nail it you are as accurate as what you proposed.
I thought the same thing too initially since I was raised on PC FPS's but after putting an effort in to show my 12 year old you can teach an old dog new tricks, I got to a point of accuracy I didn't think I would ever achieve. The benefit is you can play side by side in a console set up. PC is pretty well a one man show except for your other networked opponents.
Halo 3 baby! but I think GoW is probably in my all time favourite console games at this juncture. Hard to see even Halo 3 beating that game for me. H3 is currently under evaluation
