Sparky are you kidding me ? If you know where you happened to pass up on those machines you saw,please let me know as I am looking for one. One of the pitbulls of "pinball entrepreneurs" yanked one away from me last month and now wants to resell it to me for 3 x the price !! I have been looking for RS ever since . This one needed a complete new cab stenciling ( lots of fade) a new plastic which was sloppily glued as well as some PF touch up. PM me with details if you still recall. Willing to go between 700-1000 dollars depending on condition . As most of my machines have musical themes, I want to keep with that theme. ( KISS or a GNR does not interest me )
They were all over that price range.

I've personally never seen an RS go for anything in this price range. Maybe that one which got sniped on you was in that range, but you will probably be waiting a long time to find one that cheap again. A year and half ago, I had to go down to North Carolina to pick one up for $1000 U.S. , although deals in the States have been getting a little tastier ever since. The one on this thread has a really good backglass which is a huge deal. If you want an RS that bad, I would loosen the purse strings a little and take a shot at this one.
TThe last one I heard of was an operator in Hamilton who has (what he calls) a new in box (unconfirmed) RS. He said he'd let it go for $3000. That seams a little high!!! but if it is truely NIB, then maybe...?

3K would seem in line. What else did this operator have? I find it hard to believe there is still one NIB...but you never know.
