I noticed the "Move Your Car" audio and display feature is pretty popular in pinballs as I found it a part of a few games of mine.  I have found it in Creature from the Black Lagoon in 3D. Judge Dredd, Theatre of Magic, and Indianapolis 500 (All Bally games incidentally).

The question I have for the pin experts is what was the first machine to have this feature, and what other games if any, besides the ones mentioned above, have this feature?  Anyone know?

I think Creature was the first. Creature came before JD, and ToM. Didn't know it was in Indy 500, but have seen and experienced it in the others

TZ has cows in the replay 3 "stunt cows"

also the guy who shouts move your car has his own mode in flintstones with the drive thru (my fav mode in that game)
