I had the boards on my Barracora completely serviced and updatedand now I still have an issue that affects playbility/reliability.

Note: I installed a breaker in the place of a frequently blowing solenoid fuse.

>>Heres what is happening: When power up from cold, it will kick out a ball and trip the breaker, then I reset breaker, then I can play a few games. After 20 minutes or so it will act up again and kick out a ball possibly in the middle of a game and lock up. Also, if I am rough with the game it will also start happening.

>>It might be a failed blanking signal.  There is obviously interference from switching on the power. Also from movement (hitting/shaking the game) and also maybe from heat or static buildup since it starts happening after 20 mins of play and at that point if I reset the breaker it will keep happening a few seconds later again, and again, and not be playable until left for quite some time powered off.

Any techies suggest what needs to be done here?

Should I just look for a replacement board? I see some in the market newly made (pinballpcb.com , but are any known by others here to be good? Since the board I have has so many new parts, 40-pin connector, sockets, EPROM's, hate to waste it.

Ten SS games...but 8 is my limit!

wait for rottendog if you have to go that way ...although I see he still hasn't figured out the weird memory mapping of system 7:

Ya know, I just happen to have a bunch of Sys 7 boards downstairs. Let over from Black Knight.
I'll photograph everything I've got and put it up for sale here. Maybe that will help you out.
I bought these replacement boards but then found out that new ROMS repaired all my errors.
