I posted this over on CGCC since this place has been up and down like a yo-yo all day but figure since it's currently up I'll post it here as well.

How easy is it to convert a megatouch so that it be be used as a normal PC? I'm not looking for anything crazy, I only really need it to run a web browser.

Anyone do anything like that before, was hoping I could grab a few cheap megatouches at the next Starburst auction and then convert them.

What did you have to do to hook up the touch screen to the motherboard?

Anything special?

head to a starburst auction.

I was lucky enough that I posted on CGCC about this and one of the members offered me a 21" touch screen to buy, so I'm good to go now

I don't mind bidding by proxy if you want one, then you just need to find someone to haul it back to your neck of the woods.

That could work..  I guess I should do a search....err... wait that crashed the site...  Well if the search DID work I'd look up the auction prices from the last one to get an idea of how much I'm willing to pay..  Any idea what they usually go for?
