I talked to Steve about a month ago. He was getting out of the parts business, just doing backglasses and playfields from what I understand, it's too bad as he had LOTS of Data East NOS parts.

I still say UPS loses or destroys more packages coming to Canada than USPS Priority Mail does, and they charge you extra brokerage for the priviledge.  Have things sent by air if by UPS or Fedex, it costs a bit more, but often saves headaches.

Well, actually he's shipped me stuff before via USPS, it got here fine. Might have been a one time thing...
Actually Steve's shipment got here quicker than most orders I've had with Marco. If you have a big item (eg. Backglass ) you want to get from him, I'd suggest asking him to bring it to the Allentown show in the spring, and pick it up in person.

I sent a few Emails in the past regarding a backglass they had listed on their website. I never got any replies though so I moved on to the next store I found.

Never had problems with these guys when I called but never got responses to emails.  Like most businesses your better to call..  If your serious about buying an expensive item then you're more likely to not mind spending 2-3$ on a long distance phone call...  Phoning adds credibility to your inquiry.

I talked to STEVE YOUNG this week and he said STEVE ENGLE at MAYFIAR is retiring from the parts bussiness.
He is into realestate now and wants to be out of the parts game within 5 years but will still be making repro backglasses.
