I like how the picture is dated from 1992 and the box shows extensive water damage..  Everything metal inside could be covered in a nice layer of rust or that white powdery stuff..

I think this is just a typo.  He says earlier the other one was sold in 2002.  Then later he says 1992 - in error I believe.

I watch / buy from ebay often and I would not pick this to be a scam.  The guy is freaking crazy but I do believe he has the machine and I do believe he will sell it to you for only $150,000.
