Not only is the pin sitting outside but if you look at the last pic you can tell it's missing the bottom. To top it off it seems over-priced. So it's probably just going to rot away.
He says it's just missing the bottom wood and that it was working.
It's an EM... All the circuits, relays, etc are on the "bottom wood".... If the bottom is missing then it aint working lol..

Depends, my Williams from the same year has a bottom and then the EM parts sit on a piece of wood that sits on cross-braces. Either way it's going to get punished sitting out there. I've offered $100 but haven't heard back. I can use some of the parts for my Olympic Hockey.

thats usually where the bottom gets kicked out so that they can get the coin box out. The whole bottom may not be missing. I'd be more worried about the backglass sitting outside with the temperature yo-yoing up and down in the spring.

No no, put the Olympic Hockey for sale!

Actually I bought this machine (it was near Woodstock - in the middle of farm country - there were even a heard of cows about 30 feet away from it...). The play field is in 8/10 condition (only 1 small spot of wear - paint only), and the back glass is 10/10. the body is 7/10. The machine was outside, but only just placed there during the other days sunny weather. It was all covered so although not optimal, not that bad either. I even bought a brand new williams/bally (modern) coin door off these guys for real cheap - a good day I'd say.
The bottom panel is missing, but did not effect the mech's since they sat above on a board and brace system. He did find the coin door and play field glass was also intact.
Overall with a little work an 8/10 EM for FAR cheaper then he listed at.
My friend saw this game and its condition and immediately bought it from me in project condition. He will be reselling it after he goes through it all and gets it 100% working (if anyone wants an 8/10 Spanish Eyes that is.)

Glad to see it didn't go to waste, how much did you pick it up for? $400 was way too much.
