What, in someone's expert opinion, would it cost to get a full set of boards for a Wms System 4?  MPU, Driver, Sound, and Power.

Honestly, depending on the game they are going in to, probably more than the game is worth. However, you can use mpu and driver from sys4-7 so that opens up more possibilities for you.
