No Space? You could put that in the laundry room & the wife would never know. hehe

I have never seen one before. It's quite different.

KLOV Trivia
This was the first hologram game, created by Rick Dyer of Dragon's Lair and Thayer's Quest fame.

I remember when that game made it to the local arcade.  They were charging $1 when everything else (except After Burner) was $0.25.  It sat empty most of the time.  Very neat concept but it never took off, just to expensive.

i didn't like the gameplay very much, but i am a stickler for technology, and i remember seeing it and playing with it, and being able to put your hands through the characters, very cool, too bad it didn't catch on.

wish there were more of these machines out there, i would love to have one, just for the technology for it

Eric.

There was one FS in Montreal for something like 1200-1600 8 months ago.

Don't think it sold.

Wasn't there a 2nd one that used the same technology?  I remember seeing these at the Starburst auction.  Limited bidding, probably due to the sheer size of them.

Actually I remember a few years ago there was a 'half' for sale in an arcade/pinball lot (some of you will remember the "brocanteur's stuff")

He never found the second half...

Like many other massive machines, this one comes in multiple pieces...

A few years ago, I was looking a full-size After-Burner cockpit....until I saw its weight and that it only came in one piece... I guess if I want one of those beasts, I'll need to build a garage...

Mes deux cennes,
Frosken
