...anyone looking for arcade cabs? Just wondering. I don't want to do the round trips between my storage unit and home too much for nothing.

No promises but I am definately interested in looking.
I am about 5 minutes from you, in the Dorion Gardens... so there's no rush (plus I'll be moving the next week-end) but I am putting a lot of efforts lately to convince the wife to have a few game cabs in the play room.

You are most welcome to do so. In fact, if anyone wants to bring stuff to sell, come on over.

OK... I went through my files from my old computer and found a list. I remember some of them so I will write a description beside them. I will confirm later during the week whe I am done bagging and tagging.

BALLY
Blackjack (2 of them, one was rough)
Bon Voyage
Embryon
Evel Knievel (2 of them, one was nice I believe)
Fireball home edition
Gator
Harlem Globetrotters (wall-worthy)
Lost World (2 of them)
Mystic
Paragon
Playboy
Rapid Fire (2 of them, both nice)
Rocket 3
See Saw
Sky Divers
Star Trek (2 of them, one rough, one flaking a bit)
Supersonic
Six Million Dollar Man

STERN (classic) (needless to say I won't sell these easily)
Dracula
Freefall (wall-worthy)
Lectronamo
Meteor (4 of them )
Stars
Stingray (2 of them, I remember one being very rough)
Trident (not bad)
Wild Fyre

WILLIAMS
Apollo (like on the 2010 price guide!!)
Aztec
Comet (nice if I remember correctly)
Doozie
F14 Tomcat
Gorgar
Hot Line
Lucky Seven
Pat Hand
Phoenix (2 of them)
Pukerino (2 of them)
Toledo
Trade winds

GOTTLIEB
Big Shot
Cleopatra x3 (I remember them rough)
Close Encounters of the Third Kind (5 of them... yes... 5!)
Dragon (wall-worthy)
Haunted House (wall-worthy)
Hulk
James Bond
Joker Poker SS
Magnotron
Road Race
Sinbad (3 of them! I believe one was nice)
Solar Ride (3 of them)
Super Soccer
The 4 Horsemen
Time Line

DATA EAST/SEGA
Rocky And Bullwinkle
Secret Service
Tales From The Crypt

ATARI (yes... even them...)
Middle Earth
Space Riders

GENCO (yup... that old...)
Harvest Time

And I am sure I have a couple more. I also have a few arcade marquees laying around. I have old Bingo machine backglasses as well if anyone wants some. Great for a gameroom wall.

Once I am done cataloging them, they will be in one of 4 categories:

A: very nice to mint. Extremely minor faults
B: a few scratches or slight bubbling, but still very game-worthy
C: heavily scratched or somewhat flaked. Good if you have none on your machine or as a spare, or nice on a wall.
D: heavy paint loss or damage. Wall-worthy only, but nevertheless still cool.

ALSO... I will be able to seal the glass with Triple-Thick for you on te spot if you want for 10$. I will go buy a few cans this weekend.

More soon... I set myself up for a lot of work.

Wait... I haven't decided to take out some playfields and reimport machines out of storage yet. I still have a couple I haven't sold. Anyone want a Monte Carlo, Silver Slugger, Laser War or DE Simpsons for parts?

I'm ALL OVER SILVER SLUGGER......   .... for "parts" not so much....

well, I almost finished cleaning the garage and I found more goodies. A whole bunch of joysticks which would be great for MAMEs. They are heavy machinery joysticks that were replaced and I picked up all the ones which were taken out.

I have used many of these in the past. The most important part is the handle. I have used standard sticks on which I put on the super handle from a machinery stick. Some are bare, some have buttons. I even have one that has 6 thumb buttons and a dual-action trigger. You can see it here:

http://www.suregripcontrols.com/products_l_gen.htm

These aren't cheap, and I am not letting them go for peanuts, but if any of you are interested, let me know. I will post pics of them over the weekend.

Here is one of the batches of joysticks I have. The handles can be easily secured to any existing joystick with minor work. I have done it many times.

I have:

- a few handles with 2 thumb buttons
- 3 with 2 thumb buttons and a trigger
- 1 with 4 thumb buttons and a trigger
- 2 flight-stick type handles with no buttons
- 1 flight-stick type handle with 2 thumb buttons, one side-to-side thumb switch and a trigger

So if any of you plan on doing a MAME, you might want to pick one or more of these up. Could be useful.
