Is there any way to make these things work for MAME? I have a Bunch of them (12). I want to build a MAME machine and was thinking this may work out better for a steering wheel setup. Anyone had any experience with this?

Thanks,
Bubba

Do you mean the wireless steering wheel for the xbox 360 or one of the 3rd party USB ones?  For the wireless, yes, but with a caveat.  To get it to work, you have to buy the microsoft wireless hub. which are hard to find, OR their windows compatible xbox 360 wireless controller... which comes with a wireless hub.  I've not done it myself but a google search indicates it's a peace of cake... with that caveat being they do not support the force feedback. There was discussion/rumour they were going to release an update on the windown 7 drivers so that it works but I haven't read up on it in a while. I need to look into this, I've got the windows wireless controller hub and the steering wheel, just no time right now.

I took a look, still no force feedback drivers for windows OS'.  It's not going to happen, don't wait for it.

No I mean the real Xbox 360 Wireless wheels. I have 12 of them in various states. 2 totally working 10 for parts. Im sure I could get 6 total working by swapping parts. I was just Curious if they would work. Now that I know I will do some research. Thanks Guys.

I want to build a Kick a** Mame but I think I need to do a couple so I can have a driving game, but if I can do this wirelessly I will broadcast it to my projector and do it on my bigscreen head to head possibly.

thanks again.

Bubba
