I just wanted to say a special thanks to a few people, I got a new game for my birthday last week, it had some serious issues. Necro and Mr hyde, thanks very much for the time you spent helping me out and an even bigger thanks to the seller who was at my house last night for 3 hrs working on the problem. We got it fixed last night just temporarely with other boards he brought and sodered them  directly to his spare boards for testing. He is coming over again after work today to put proper conectors and to clean it up. It turned out to be a bad chip on the motherboard a UL20. If any of you guys get an opertunity to buy a game from Anthony Stebel don't hesitate. He is a stand up seller and a all out good guy.

I agree Anthony is a good guy.

My only concern is does he have anything left to sell after parting with his beloved game?

He must of kept FT.

U20 would give these symptoms, but we swapped the entire CPU for a good one??

Had to be something else as well me thinks. After swapping the CPU I was thinking power supply issue from the driver board. Other than checking the 12V unregulated and TP100 for 12VDC which were good during test I didn't get any further with it. If it was not the voltage and U20 died my strongest theory was somehow voltage was shorted to the switch matrix somewhere. If that occured U20's ULN2803 would have bought the farm most likely.

Anyway, can't argue with success!

Anthony's got a great pin collection too.  Went there to buy one of his games and he suggested that I play them all to see if I was making the right purchase.  Didn't end up buying his pin, but found out which games should be on my 'buy' list.  He was totally cool about it.
