I have the 4 gig version and can fit about 30 or 40 games on the 4 gig module with some pretty hefty games on there.
Really I don't see the need to go larger in size because really you can only play 1 game at a time anyway and that large a variety plus the ease to change games pretty much whenever more then works for me.
But honestly I've stoped using my DS and have moved to my PSP, it's more versitile and a better unit. Plus once moded you can run emulators on it. I've got SNES, MAME, and NES on there as well as 3 diffrent ISO's of PSP games.
