Link to paint colors: http://pinballpal.com/colors/Please use with a bit of restraint... best bet is to always have the color matched from a direct sample from your cabinet. Use an area unaffected by sunlight, like inside the backglass channel in the backbox, or behind the coindoor trim or where the legs bolt onto the cabs. Keep in mind, the factories didn't put all that much attention on getting a perfect color. They used what was available. and if you repaint a cab, it will look radically different than before you painted it. Case in point: most Flash Gordons today are now pink. I repainted a cab for a guy and he gave me crap for making his cabinet red, as he thought it was always pink. CPR also deals with this with their plastics... look up a discussion on Seawitch plastics being too blue while playfields are green... age deteriorates paint. |
