I haven't had much chance to play Hurricane. Just once at a place in Woodbridge. I like the theme and watching it in attract mode it did seem interesting.
I own a Hurricane. The dots are nice, there's a bit of humour, but its a dull game compared to the modern DMD's. I like it - but already with 7 pins - its the next to go. The ramp shots are easy for skilled players (which I am not). It used to be my Sunday morning relaxing game - but we own an EM and two early SS machines so I have no need for Hurricane. On the bright side, its a good game for company as its easy to get rewarded and to know what shots to attempt and it looks modern/advanced. Oh - did I mention its for sale??  and I'm not a good salesman...  |
