We all have different opinions, personally I think BS BLOWS! I have had 2 and don't miss it. It depends on what you like. Here is my order:
Diner Elvira (sys 11) WH2O BSD
Diners don't come up often which is why I put it at the top. I really like the game play, it's a fun game and it's a challenge to get Dine Time maxed out to get a really high score. Plus I love the theme, the colours, the sound, etc.
Personally I like Elvira as well. Again, they don't come up often and they are usually beat. Sounds, especially music if I recall correctly, are good. Overall a very fun Sys. 11
I put WH20 third, but condition would make me change the order. WH20 playfields don't seem to hold up well. If you found one with minor wear (Wet Willy's, another spot by the left sling), no playfield cracking, excellent cabinet, excellent plastics, etc. then I would lean towards this one above Elvira. Really a tough call on this one.
BS. Personally, I have no love for this game. Does nothing for me. Yes, it is cool to get 2 or 3 multiballs started, but there is nothing else to this game. Bats and Rats are the same mode. Blah! Yes, it is challenging, but that's why I got ST:TNG.
In 'keep it', I would go: - Diner - BSD - WH2O - EATPM
In 'flip it', I would go: - Diner - EATPM - WH2O - BSD
I disagree with many of you that say BSD is a dog... I think WH2O is a dog compared to BSD...
BSD is again, a PLAYERS pin...one game you'll do great, the next one the machine will call you a 'blundering novice'...
Does it have many modes? NO Is it difficult to stack all 3 multiballs? HELL YES!!!
If you only had one or two machines, I wouldn't go for BSD, but you have a nice selection of machine which would make BSD a good choice. In addition, playing BSD late at night in the dark brings out another dimension that you won't see in any other machine...
BSD is the only game I regret selling...doesn't mean I would still have it, but it's the only one that left me bitter afterwards...and the only machine my wife 'cared about' (she was disappointed to see it leave the house...which, of course, she stated AFTER it left.)
Frosken
Current 'working' lineup: ( 2 ) Flipper Football, The Shadow
Gone but not forgotten: ( 22 ) City Slicker, Dirty Harry, CFTBL, Big Shot, Big Guns, Black Rose, Judge Dredd, Indianapolis 500, Big Game, BS: Dracula x 2, Beat the Clock, Fire!, F-14 Tomcat, Getaway, Breakshot, Cheetah, Meteor, El Dorado, Nitro Ground Shaker, Chexx Hockey, Slugfest
bsd is the only game that i played , it has to be bsd and it won't leave my collection .i regrat selling it the first time that i had it.than my pinhead friend got his hands on one ...so back into the collection to stay
Comeon everything is a players pin to you, this is coming from a guy who loves flipper football!!!
/ducks
No, not all machines are "Player's pins", but if you continuously suck at a pin, it's probably one of them... (score is now 1-1)
Player pins include: JD, Shadow, LOTR, BSD, TZ, STTNG, etc...
You'll have to come down to Ottawa when I'll have my Flipper Football setup...you'll see that with a few guys, beer and popcorn, this game ROCKS!

You didnt mention anything about condition of them?
Any extra "credit buttons" installed?
Yeah the WH2O is the one here in Montreal. I will have to see how bad a hatchet job it is. If it's cheap enough though, things can be overlooked and repaired.
That's it, I wouldn't pay for Diner or EATPM as I don't like either enought that I would ever spend money on them.
I personally love Wh20, one of my favorite games, I have one and it will never leave my collection. I love the flow, I like the diffrent modes, I like the Wizard mode, I find the mutiball challenging and fun at the same time, trying to get the balls to the upper playfield while trying to hit the jackpot on the upper playfield. Great, Great game, man is in pretty decent shape, plays fast and I love it.
I really like BSD as well, I'd like to own one, one day. I allways enjoy playing it but haven't played it enough to really say if it would be a keeper for me or not.
my pick would be BSD then Diner EATPM isnt too bad WH20 isnt my kind of game, what I never liked is if you over launched the ball it could go right down the middle off the ramp.
Well so far the answers are all over the board. So is there anything on this list we can agree on? As it now stands it looks like BSD and Elvira are out of the picture (sold pending payment). So I am looking at WH2O or Diner. Out of the two I would still pick Diner. WH2O's come up often. Diner's don't. These pins just arose as potential opportuninties to acquire at a fair price. Otherwise I will just go back to what I was intending on buying.
On a side note my wife has always liked WH2O (I dunno, the translite or something). But I never base my decisions on her input on pins since she never plays them. So I don't think I should give that any weight in my decision.
With regard to the 4 pins originally mentioned for various reasons I found it a real tough call. Now that's its down to two .... its still a tough call. Of the original 4 machines I can't say enough about the Elvira and Diner. These are two top System 11 games and I can personally understand why. In my opinion I think these games are fantastic and would want either of these in my collection, if I can find any more room that is. Although I wasn't that impressed with WW or BSD I'm sure they are appreciated by other collectors and because they are Williams/Bally 90's Dot matrix games they are great/good/decent pins.
Now that its down to two I guess it all depends on the game you prefer. Go with your instincts and pick the game that you think is the most fun and the one that would compliment your collection the most. If neither of the games reaches out and grabs you then you might be best to wait for one that does. Seek out one that you really want!

Ok Elvira's appeal beyond gameplay is quite obdvious. Diner, 50's, 55 Chev and political incorrectness makes it appealing above and beyond gameplay.
