Just want to share my excitement with the pinball community.
This year I decided to start a pinball collection and couple months ago got a very, very nice Twilight Zone (that had a phantom switch issue that took me a lot of time to find - and learn about pinballs in the process).
This week I just got my second machine, a mint condition Medieval Madness!
So the collection is growing and I hope to keep it that way!

nha ... that pin is not so good ... I *might* trade you a very nice (just a bit of wear and a  few electronic issue) Solar Ride for it. You might have to add some money to convince me to let go of such a hot title.

I'll be awaiting your pm cause email outside the forum is tracable

Looking for an Indiana Jones or yes, a Cactus Canyon.
Main problem now is space as I will be adding a MAME arcade to the room soon and wife really does not want to have this particular room in the basement full of pinballs/arcades. Go figure...

Tell her she can have the kitchen, and possibly the laundry room. That will impress her as much as your new hobbie.

crodrigues,

How long have you been interested in pinball?  How long have you been collecting pins and did you have any others in the past?  How did you manage to end up with two of the best pins ever made to start off your collection and by the way where are you located?

Well I played some pinball a long time ago, when arcade places where seen as a 'bad place' to go (not sure how it was here in Canada but that was the impression back in Brazil during the 80s). And of course I always thought about having a machine at home but there was always something else on the priority list.
Now that I got rid of the priority list  , I can get pinballs to put on my room at home.
I started my collection this year sometime in March I guess. How I got the machines, especially the Medieval Madness, is a long story; both came from US and are in excellent condition. The TZ is faded on the right side (as the previous owner left it years beside a window   ). Other than that, it plays extremely well and the playfield/back are perfect. The MM has no fade/issues whatsoever. Mint for sure.
The next one on the list is the Cactus Canyon and then Indiana Jones I guess. That will wrap up my collection (I really cannot convince my wife to get more than four machines at home).
I am located in Ottawa.

Cheers!
