Still a couple of little things to do like paint on the backbox around the backglass area, but I would say 98% complete.

Do you usually remove the side rails for painting and what's the easiest way of removing the nails?  Thanks

I always remove them. I use a small thin prybar to slightly lift the rail and pull the nail out just a bit. Then I use curved cutters to pry the nails out. doesn't matter if wood gets damaged... I just fix it.

It also permits me to get a good paint sample of the original base color to have some paint mixed. The paint under the siderails is not affected by anything.

I also replace the glass channels if damaged.

Well, she is done and working, except for the flippers. Right flippers have the proper voltage and fire when grounded manually, but right button doesn't activate them. I see the 44V at the flipper switch and the other side has continuity with the power supply, so I will have to figure it out.

Left flipper is a no-no as well. Voltage at coil is off, and if I hit the button, it tilts. I also had a big spark the first time out.

Other than that, all OK.

Ask McMean, he might have some tips....he had it up, and running 100%, when I bought it off him.
