Hello everyone...while still not a word from our good friend "Mr. Anderson" gonna talk to the bank and report it to the police this afternoon...just waiting for my wife to get home so I can go down there in person.  Depending on what they say I may take some of you guys up on the offer to pay him a visit.  I'll keep you updated later this afternoon

Make sure when reporting it to your local police that you get the contacts for the Hamilton Police as well.  I have found through past experience that when complaints get handed across jurisdictions, they become low prority and often lost in the shuffle.  Make it personal and you get much better results.

Didn't he rip off a woman last Christmas who bought a Cruisin USA video game for her husband, paid in full and never saw the game?    Just never understood how anybody with a shred of human dignity could do this repeatedly, particularly at Christmas time.  
The police have had ample opportunity to deal with this guy and yet he operates year after year without reprocussions.  But what goes around comes around, someday he will rip off the wrong person and maybe wish that the police had gotten to him first.

okay so the bank is "looking into it" and I have a meeting with the branch manager tomorrow...as for the police they don't think I have given him enough time to ship the item.  He has yet to return any more of my emails.  I will continue with these efforts but I need someone to go see this guy, check if he actually has the machine, and if not get my money back.  I will be compensating whoever helps and will PM the guys who have already offered and know where he is.

This was supposed to be a christmas present for me kid so that makes it even more personal....now I can afford to get my kid something else but thats not really the point.  Cant just go out to walmart and buy a star wars pinball machine, not to mention I dont have $1800 to throw away.
