How does one go about opening a locked coin door without the key? It's a round key lock from a Gottlieb EM if that matters.

DON"T drill it out when the pin is standing upright - all those wee metal shavings from drilling will fall down into the relay bank and make your life miserable when you go to fix the game (assuming it's not working).  Lay it down, drill it out, take out the glass and lift the playfield, and then vaccuum the snot out of the front of hte machine where the drill shavings are before you waste hours looking for pieces of metal that are bridging lugs or something.

This is the correct tool.

If you don't have the equipment the drill is actually a tubular lock saw.

You might get lucky and it has a soft tailpiece on the camlock. If that is the case you may be able to pull the door open while only bending the tailpiece.
