Local shop owner I've been trying to convince to sell me his World Cup 94 pin, has turned me down again today (Always with a smile) and stated he wants to find someone to fix it for him or it will be going home and is something he personally likes for whatever reason. I told him I'd put out a 411 on it where I know there are people capable.
I never got to check it out turned on myself to more accurately describe anything for you, but he say's it turns on and coins up. After that it will play for anywhere from a couple minutes to up to 15 or 20 minutes before the entire machine takes a dump and shuts down.
Anyone interested making some money? The machine is on location in his store. I will give you his contact info by PM, as it's not my right to post it publicly. But get this in your head NOW, he is not wanting to sell the machine and has made it very clear, so don't ask for his info unless your sole purpose is to make some $ on repair work.

Not sure what's meant by that, but I have nothing in this. I just don't want anyone pestering him to sell, I know him fairly well and frequently stop by his store.
Nope, I've never even proposed a dollar figure to him, just told him when he changes his mind to call me. He say's even if he can't get it fixed, he's not selling it.
If anyone has a SERIOUS offer they'd like me to put forth, I'd gladly do it in person (Or I can call him right now) and see what he thinks. I always doubted I'd be able to offer him what he'd want anyway, and I think this machine has sentimental value to him for some reason.
I'm not passing his contact info on though for that purpose, I don't need to go into his store and find myself in poor favor because of it.
Nice machine, with only some nicks and dirt on the cabinet, backglass looks great. Playfield looks like it has some wear, but nothing major, and I saw no damaged plastics. Functionally, only what I first posted is known.

I have plans on moving to Midland in the next couple years, going to take a Marine Mechanic course in September, and my wife has been offered a job at the Penetang MHC as a addictions counselor (Shudder.....right by the SuperMAX and maybe working WITH SuperMAX inmates). Surprisingly for how big it is now, most people still don't know where you're talking about, unless they own a boat that is.
Up there, I know of some places where I can probably fill in some more of a vid collection for decent prices.
Everyone in pinball knows where Waterdown is...it's infamous.
Don't remind me. Luckily the good outnumber the bad at least 2 to 1, maybe even 3 to 1. Sorry, I'll stop trolling off topic now. Bump +1 PM sent and all that jazz.
